Class styles

60 min Yoga Flow

In this one hour class, we move through a series of postures that build strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Explore postures at your own pace, as modifications will be given to accommodate everyone. Feel free to take challenging variations, or modify to your needs especially if you have an injury. This class is great way to settle the day and come back to yourself.

75 min Yoga Flow

In this class we move through a variety of yoga postures that support our spinal mobility and strength, expand our breath capacity, and elongate and relieve physical tension. Expect to practice breath work and mindfulness as we move through a creative sequence that restores your bodies natural ability to relax. With the extra time given, we are able to properly prepare for and access deeper postures. You may find more complex sequencing, though there will always be beginner friendly modifications offered.
