We believe in the power of mindfulness through present moment awareness. Our meditation instructor, Diala, has spent 10 days in silent meditation to better understand this practice and its benefits for living a balanced life. She guides you through the practice with the ultimate goal of finding your own understanding of how to meditate off the mat and at home.
