Join Diala Hamed and Lauren Cox for this weekend of yoga, hiking and relaxing in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. The perfect summer getaway! This retreat will help you deepen your practice while enjoying nature to it's fullest.  All levels welcome! Enjoy your stay in a suite or the remodeled airplane hanger on our open air private mountain top. Our retreat takes place in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Boone, N.C..  You will leave this retreat feeling destressed and refreshed.

Overview

What's Included:

  • 3 night stay in a private suite or remodeled airplane hangar

  • All meals (mostly organic)

Twin bed in Hanger, shared space $650

Twin bed in a shared common space with both males and females. Must be comfortable around others. Shared bathroom.

Full bed in Hanger, private room $700

Full bed in private room in the airplane hangar. Shared bathroom. This room is separated by the rest of the space with curtains. 

Full bed in Guest House $750

A Full bed in a shared room (2beds) in the House Directly next to the Hager. This is a quieter space, with more privacy and a bathroom which you will have just to yourself and your roommate.

Diala and Lauren met in India during their 500 hour advanced yoga teacher training under Guru Vishva at Akhanda Yoga School in November 2018. They have explored and studied countless hours of deep yogic practices, including pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chakras, chanting, and physical yoga postures (asanas). They did so while living the yogic lifestyle in an ashram for two months. In this retreat we will touch on these ancient aspects of the yoga practice while enjoying the natural beauty of the present moment and nature around us!

Hiking shoes (or durable tennis shoes)

Bathing suit + Towel

Yoga mat (optional blocks/straps)

Sunscreen

Small Backpack/hiking bag

Journal

Optional book to read during break time

Headphones

comfortable hiking clothes/ yoga wear

 

*Vegetarian, gluten free and some meat options are available* but if there's something specific you'd like to bring, feel free to do so!
